AWAKE, MY GENERATION- A COMMITMENT AND CRY FOR INTERCESSION The month of June is the month of Pentecost (the month when the Holy Ghost came). It is the 3rd month of the Hebrew calendar and it is also known as the month of Sivan . June is a period when there is access into the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. HOW REVIVAL COMES Esther chapter 4 verse 1 to 11. This is a time when evil and destruction have been determined against the Jews during the reign of king Ahasuerus who reigned from India to Ethiopia over 127 provinces. When Mordecai learnt about this thing, he tore his clothes, put on sackcloth and covered himself with ashes, and went out into the midst of the city and cried out with a loud and bitter cry. It was recorded that in every province, wherever the Kings command and his decree reached, there was great mourning among the Jews, with fasting and weeping and lamenting, and many of them lay in sackcloth and ashes.
